IT Contract Services Administrator (Quinnesec, MI/Escanaba, MI/Wisconsin Rapids, WI/Miamisburg, OH)

Summary Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist IT financial management process of PO and invoice processing with SAP, serve as an asset manager and administer the IT Capital Approval process. In addition, this role will provide logistical administration for the IT organization.
Required Experience and Education:
- Minimum Required Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 4 years administrative support experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor Degree
Preferred Experience & Education
- Administrative professional certification a plus
Required skills:
- Proficient with SAP
- Proficient with Excel.
- Strong Interpersonal skills – able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with end users, team members / co-workers, vendors and management
- Proficient with vendor relationship skills
- Communicates to IT leadership on budget and contract negotiations
- Works with business Leads for contract spending and renewals
- Proficient with SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters, data and information
- Self-starter with ability to perform tasks accurately and timely
