The Finance Manager is responsible for developing and leading a curious team through financial analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement efforts, financial planning and forecasting and internal controls to ensure, stewardship and compliance to policy. The position also partners with and advises site business leadership through operational direction setting and strategic planning.
Required Experience:
- BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CMA or CPA desired
- 5+ Years managerial experience
- 7-10 years manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to interpret financial data and standard cost concepts
- Self-starter with the proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, influence and collaborate effectively to ‘make a difference’ each day
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office products
- High degree of internal and external customer awareness
- Understanding of strong internal controls
- Process management training
- Planning & priority-setting training
